If President Donald Trump is imprisoned or removed from the ballot by Democrats, Vivek Ramaswamy is the obvious choice for President of the United States.
After three GOP debates skipped by former President Donald Trump, Vivek Ramaswamy has proven to be the candidate of choice if the Democrats succeed at locking Trump up or kicking him off of the ballot in enough states before the 2024 Presidential election.
I mean, it’s clear that Senator Tim Scott doesn’t belong on that stage. Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie doesn’t appear to be taking his campaign seriously. “Ambassador” Nikki Haley could never receive enough primary votes to carry her love for war to the White House. That leaves Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, the current runner-up in the GOP race.
All politics aside, I believe that DeSantis would make an excellent President – at different times. He’s tough on crime, he takes action instead of paying the media lip service, and he secured a number of conservative victories in Florida, painting the state red for at least the next decade.
However, we are a country in crisis. The American justice system is being weaponized against American citizens because of their political beliefs. This is the most undemocratic domestic assault on our country in my lifetime.
Speaking of assaults, let’s turn our eyes to the southern border. DeSantis made a good point during the debate – much of the funding going to the border is helping more illegal immigrants across, not stopping the deadly drugs, violent criminals, and terroristic threats entering at alarming rates.
We have a media that lies to us. We have politicians who capitalize on those lies, speak to us like we’re morons, and fill their pockets with our hard-earned money. We don’t need a Republican candidate for president who has even the slightest stench of the establishment.
That leaves two candidates: Donald Trump and Vivek Ramaswamy.
Donald Trump is, without a doubt, the anti-establishment candidate. He has so many frivolous indictments and lawsuits against him that I’ve lost count. The media hates him. Permanent Washington hates him. Every single Democrat hates him. That’s why America loves him.
Ramaswamy understands what America needs right now. We don’t need talking points repeated during three GOP Debates. We are adults and we can handle the truth. Politicians lie, and I’m sure Ramaswamy has a few skeletons in his closet, but he has the most truth-focused campaign of all the Republicans on the debate stage.
Like Trump, Ramaswamy isn’t afraid to say what we’re all thinking. He’s the only candidate on the stage with the courage to explicitly say he will end all funding to Ukraine. He understands that now, more than ever is the time that we need to put America first. We cannot afford to send hundreds of billions of dollars overseas when we have Americans who are working two or more jobs and can’t afford groceries in Biden’s economy.
Ramaswamy is also open to holding China accountable for the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic cost us everything. You may not realize it now, but our lives would have been completely different if this virus was never unleashed from a lab in Wuhan, China. We would have more in our savings. We would have a more prosperous economy. We wouldn’t be as divided as we are today.
Can Ramaswamy win a Republican primary and become the next President of the United States? That, I’m not sure. Many people point to his lack of experience and don’t like the way he speaks to the mainstream. Nobody thought Donald Trump had a chance against a crowded field of insiders in 2016, and we saw how that turned out.
